# Digital Marketing with AI: How Claude Runs My Entire Content Engine
I have one of me. I have eight applications, a poetry brand, a botanical product line, this publication, an active consulting pipeline, and a personal operating system that needs feeding with new content to stay useful.
The math doesn't work unless AI does significant lifting on the content and marketing side.
Here's exactly how I've built a content engine with Claude that operates at team scale with solo bandwidth.
The Content Hierarchy
Everything I publish serves a strategic purpose. The hierarchy:
Strategic content (quarterly) โ Sets the narrative. "Where I am now. What I'm building. Why it matters." This is the kind of writing that appears in this publication and in long-form LinkedIn posts. It shapes perception.
Educational content (monthly) โ Technical depth. The prompt caching article. The MCP breakdown. The African production stack guide. This builds trust with technical audiences and generates search traffic.
Social proof content (weekly) โ Client wins, build updates, metrics milestones. Keeps the pipeline warm. Demonstrates momentum.
Micro content (daily) โ Observations, questions, short takes. The ambient signal that tells your network you're active and thinking.
Claude operates at every layer of this hierarchy.
The Workflows I've Actually Built
1. The Weekly LinkedIn Strategy Session
Every Monday morning, the Marketing wing in JarvisOS runs a 20-minute session. I feed it: my recent commits, any client wins, anything I read that week. Claude synthesizes this into a 5-post schedule: one post per day, each one serving a different purpose (authority, relatability, engagement, insight, call-to-action).
I review, adjust tone, post. What used to take 2 hours of staring at a blank screen takes 25 minutes.
2. The Article-to-5-Formats Pipeline
Every long-form article I write (like this one) gets processed through a multi-format pipeline:
Long-form article
โโโ Twitter/X thread (10-12 tweets)
โโโ LinkedIn article (500-word condensed)
โโโ Newsletter section (200-word feature)
โโโ Instagram carousel (5 slides with key insights)
โโโ Short-form video script (60 seconds, hook-heavy)
Claude handles the transformation of each format. I handle the brand voice check and the posting. One piece of content, five distribution points.
3. SEO Research and Brief Generation
Before writing any educational content, I use Claude to research the keyword landscape. Not in a keyword-stuffing sense, in a genuine "what are developers and founders actually searching for?" sense.
The output: a content brief that includes the primary keyword, supporting keywords, questions the article should answer, and a suggested structure. Claude writes the brief; I write the article.
4. Email Campaign Architecture
Every Sanyu Botanicals customer, every VarsityOS subscriber, every AdminOS client gets communications that feel personal because the segmentation is AI-powered. The email copy is written with Claude. I provide the segment, the offer, the timing. Claude provides the language that converts.
What I Learned About AI and Marketing
Voice is yours. Scale is AI's. The biggest mistake founders make is letting AI write in a generic voice. AI should operate at the frequency of your established voice, not replace it. I trained Claude on 50+ pieces of my own writing before using it for marketing copy.
AI is better at structure than feeling. The first draft from AI is usually structurally sound and emotionally flat. Your job as the human editor is to add the specific, the emotional, the true.
Consistency beats brilliance. An AI-assisted content engine that publishes 3 times a week will outperform a human-only operation that publishes 3 times a month. Volume and consistency win.
The ROI
Organic LinkedIn growth: significantly above baseline since implementing this workflow. SEO traffic to creativelynanda.co.za: growing month on month. AdminOS inbound leads: 60% from content.
One person. One AI. Content strategy that would cost R50,000/month at an agency.
What part of your marketing could an AI do at 3am while you sleep?
